Grounding 03/10/12

All of this excess energy coming in from all the solar flares and CMEs is causing a lot of problems with our heads and necks.  These are primarily headaches, vision problems, disorientation and neck aches.  Work at grounding as often as possible.  I recommend at least every 3 hours.  Picture a hole on top of your head where the soft spot would be.  Start with a hole 1 and ¼ inch in diameter and keep increasing by a ¼ inch until you feel some release.  Also, you may want to picture one where your third eye is located and do the same increase.  Walk outside as much as possible.  Being around trees also helps.  This energy is designed to open us up especially our heart.  It will also pushing any item we need to be looking at and facing and letting go.  Bow, cut and release does help.
